Nemrég nyitott Budapest legújabb japán étterme a Nebuta.

Nebuta, the newest Japanese restaurant in Budapest, has recently opened. The restaurant takes its name from a brave Japanese soldier who is being rumored to be a diverse-looking warrior at the Aomori Nebuta Summer Festival. Nebuta promotes a true Japanese feel which we create through the natural use of materials and functionality. The restaurant is bright and clean, where the wood dominates the space. A Japanese motive painted on the wall also helped to emphasize more of the original feel to a space. The bench is covered with natural-looking slate (slate design) that blends in perfectly with the wood elements. The floor yet again is a natural looking homogeneous material (marmoleum), which fits perfectly into the common organic look.

On the galleria level a The VIP Room was created where the colorful wallpaper and the rice paper door highlights Japanese traditions and give a special atmosphere to the room. The staircase to the gallery is an abstract element that fits neatly into a central space. On the open area of the first floor, we chose a modern, yet organic-looking wallpaper depicting nature as we tried to conjure a slice of classic Japanese culture.

All in all, a very nice and genuine Japanese-style contemporary space was created that pairs with an extraordinary Japanese gastronomy. Simplicity and value for money can guarantee the success of the the restaurant.
